What is the shopping list report?
The shopping list report is a printer friendly report that lists all the materials included in your repair cost budget. You can create a material shopping list to take to the home improvement store to streamline the material buying process.
How does the shopping list report work?
The shopping list report pulls work item descriptions, material unit costs & material totals from the repair cost budgeter. The report only shows the work items that require material…All other items within the budget are not shown.
How do I create a shopping list?
To create a shopping list, place an ‘x’ next to the items that you want on the shopping list and click ‘show shopping list’. This will automatically sort the report to show only shopping items with an ‘x’.
How do I only show purchased or unpurchased items?
Place an ‘x’ next to the items that you have already purchased. This will allow you to hide purchased items and only show items that have not been purchased.
How do I print the shopping list?
You can print the shopping list by using the print icon in the upper right hand corner or using the standard Excel print settings.
