Vendor Contact List Tutorial
The Vendor contract list provides a summary of all vendor contact information, which can be used for managing vendor contacts and making phone calls or emails.
The Vendor Contract list displays your Vendors Company Name, Vendor Category, Contact Name & their Phone & Email information so you can use this report to quickly manage your vendor contacts on the project.
Where does the vendor contact list information come from?
The Vendor Contact information is pulled from the Vendor Setup feature where you can setup your vendors for the project.
Accessing the Vendor Contact List
The vendor contact list can be accessed from the Manage Dashboard or from the Reporting Dashboard.
Viewing & Printing the Vendor Contact List
You can view the contact list direcly in excel or you can print the Contact List using the standard Excel print settings.
