I’m really enjoying the spreadsheet. It is very complete and the videos explaining it are great as well.

I really like the product in its something different which does not have a monthly fee which is definitely a benefit as small investors do not continuously do monthly deals. Also has a great referral program and affiliate program.

So far so good. No need of Customer service assistance. I hope in the near future the updates and patches (if any) will be as offered.

Loving the spreadsheet! I love the fact that it has suggested values for estimating rehab costs, but can be easily changed. I love the layout and how it displays the numbers in a very clear manner. I have not explored all the reports yet, but the few I’ve played around with provide the relevant information. Thank you for creating a fantastic tool.

Works just as I hoped. I was getting ready to start formulating something on my own but decided to Google something already built first. Am happy I found these guys. Something like this would have taken me months to do and in fact has much more than I would have considered doing. The price was just perfect enough to tempt me into trying it out. Am glad I did!

The House Flipping software is much more extensive and detailed than I expected.
There are more reports and analysis tools available to assess any property. So far the the House Flipping software has exceeded my expectations. However, I would like to be able to do more than one project at the same time. How to set that up more than one property may be in the training or some other place , but I can not seem to find it. If that option is available it should be clear or if not please add it. Also, I need to be able to estimate the cost of removing a popcorn ceilings as they are out of style in may area.

From what I can see it looks like exactly what I need. However, I have not been able to use it yet on a real project. Hope to in the very near future!
