Love the sheet, I've been trying to create my own and haven't found time to implent the various formulas and functions that your program has implemented.

I would love to hear back from the company on whether they may find a page that lists the room and dimensions of the room with a check list as to the work required per room that is then translated into the material spreadsheet.

Other than that very well composed and beneficial to even the newest of users.

I love the Idea what this spreadsheet can do however im dumb as a box of rocks when it comes to computer stuff so its going to take a while for me to understand this. im in the middle of two flips at this time so I will concentrate on it when im looking for my next investment.

Amazing Program. Excellent for a new rehabbed. It's an all in one program.

Great spreadsheets, but the feature sheets always freeze. Great service with trying to figure it out but it was freezing on you guys too. I re-downloaded it, tried various ways to get it to work but always jammed up when inserting pictures.

I've encountered a few problems with the auto-compute functionality of cells when changing fields. Also, I can't save the output as HTML because one of the pages is password protected. This is important because I wish to publish the output on my website. Unfortunately, I have to manually transfer the data.

So far I love what I've used of it just starting out in the game it has everthing I need to keep track of expenses estimates and much I never even thought about but found very helpful

No guidance on how to use these super large files and or online support. Purchased. Overwhelmed and now they sit there.

Updated; be prepared to be a master level excel sheet expert to be able to use these. Spending the next week watching hours and hours of videos to be able to understand what I purchased.

House Flipping Spreadsheet is an investment every Wholesaler or Rehabber should make. Everything you need is provided at a very reasonable price. Tutorials are articulate in providing instructions on using this software.
