To create a new project spreadsheet file and create a copy of your master template spreadsheet, do the following:

On the Google Sheets Toolbar, select File -> and then Select 'Make a Copy'.

Make a Copy Tutorial

A pop-up window will appear, which allow you to rename the new copy of the House Flipping Spreadsheet.

Copy Google Sheets

TIP: Generally, I would recommend you name the file after the project address, or give the project a name that you can remember to differentiate it from your other projects

If you want to save it in a specific folder location in your Google Drive account, you can select the folder from the menu.

If you are currently sharing the spreadsheet with your project team, you can select to share the spreadsheet with the same people.
Once you are complete, click okay, which will open up the copy of the spreadsheet in your Google Sheets account.

Authorization
Note, for every new copy of the spreadsheet, you will have to authorize the House Flipping Spreadsheet in order for our built in automations & programming to run in the spreadsheet, such as navigation, number crunching & reporting.
Once you authorize the spreadsheet, you will be ready to analyze your deals, and manage your new projects.
