Introduction

Once you’ve completed building out your project schedule, you can use the print feature to print your schedule and give it to your contractors or post it on the jobsite.

Click Print Icon

To print, click the Print icon in the upper right hand corner.

Select the Print Range

This will bring up a window that will ask you to select the print range that you would like to print.

Simply click the cell in the upper left hand corner of the print range, and while still holding the click, drag and select the entire print range that you would like to print.

Once you’ve selected the print range, click okay and a print preview window will open up which you can then use the standard Excel print settings to print a paper report or print to a PDF.
